Privacy Policy

Reading this site is anonymous. It sets no cookie, loads no analytics, runs no advertising and sends no telemetry. We only hold personal data about you if you choose to send us a message, and then it is the three things you typed into the form.

Spacerr LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States, is the controller of that data. You can reach us about any of this at http://localhost:3000/contact.

Two things, and nothing else.

• What you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. You choose what goes in the message, so please do not put anything in it you would not want us to hold.
• Ordinary server logs, kept by our host as part of serving a page: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser's user agent. We do not build profiles from these and we do not connect them to anything else.

The contact form is also rate limited, which means an IP address is held in the server's memory for a few minutes after a submission so that the same sender cannot post repeatedly. Nothing is written to disk, and it is gone when the window expires or the server restarts.

The contact form's contents are used to read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose. If you are in the UK or the EU, the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us, which is also the reason you gave us the details in the first place.

Server logs and the rate limiter exist to keep the site up and to stop abuse, which is a legitimate interest in security and availability.

We do not use anything you send for marketing. There is no mailing list here, and sending us a message does not sign you up to one.

This section is deliberately specific, because most privacy policies are vague about it:

• No analytics. There is no measurement script on any page of this site, first party or third party.
• No advertising, no ad network, no retargeting, no tracking pixel and no conversion tag.
• No selling or sharing of personal information, to anybody, for any price. We have never done it and there is nothing here to sell.
• No automated decision making and no profiling.
• No social media embeds. The link to our profile on X is an ordinary link, and it loads nothing until you click it.

This site sets no cookies at all. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

One thing is stored in your browser, and only if you ask for it. If you pick Light or Dark in the footer, that choice is written to your browser's local storage so the site can honour it next time. It never leaves your device, it is not sent to us, and it is not used to identify you. Leaving the setting on System stores nothing at all, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Two service providers, both of which act on our instructions:

• Resend, which delivers the email that carries your contact form message to us. It processes your name, email address and message in the course of sending it.
• Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps the ordinary server logs described above.

We disclose personal data to nobody else, other than where the law requires it or where it is genuinely necessary to protect our rights or somebody's safety.

A contact form message is an email in our inbox. There is no database on this site and nothing is stored here. We keep correspondence for up to 12 months so that a follow-up months later still has context, and delete it after that unless there is a specific reason to keep it, such as an ongoing matter.

Server logs are kept by our host on its own short retention schedule. The rate limiter's entries expire within minutes.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Ask through the contact form and we will act on it. Deletion in practice means deleting the correspondence, which we will do on request unless we are required to keep it. We do not charge for this and we do not require you to prove your identity beyond writing from the address the message came from.

This site is not directed at children, and you should be at least 16 to send us a message. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States, and our host and email provider process data there. If you write to us from outside the United States, your message is transferred there in order to reach us. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, our providers rely on the standard contractual clauses in their own agreements.

This policy covers http://localhost:3000 only. SpacerrX and SpacerrHunt are separate services on their own domains, and each publishes its own privacy policy covering the accounts, payments and data those products genuinely involve. Reading this page tells you nothing about what they do, by design.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. A change that materially affects what we collect will be described here rather than slipped in, and there is no mailing list to notify because we do not keep one.
