Terms of Service
Last updated July 29, 2026
The short version: this is our company site, nothing is sold here, and our products run under their own terms on their own domains. What follows covers reading this site and writing to us.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Spacerr LLC ("we", "us") is a company registered in Wyoming, United States. These Terms govern your use of http://localhost:3000: reading it and sending us a message through the contact form. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
You can reach us at http://localhost:3000/contact about anything in this document.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This is our company site. It exists to say who we are, what we build, and how to reach us. It is information, not a service.
Nothing is sold here. There is no account to create, no subscription to buy, nothing to download, and no payment is ever taken on this domain. That is why you will not find billing, refund or account terms below: they do not apply to anything on this site.
Our products are separate. SpacerrX and SpacerrHunt run on their own domains, under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and using one of them means agreeing to those rather than to this document. If the two ever disagree about a product, the product's own terms win.
3. Using this site
You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. You must be at least 16 years old to send us a message.
Please do not:
- Use the contact form to send bulk, automated, commercial or abusive messages.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or work around a rate limit.
- Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, or represent our content as your own.
- Use our name, our marks or our product names in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or are affiliated with something we are not.
If you think you have found a security issue, tell us through the contact form before telling anyone else. We will not take action against anyone who reports one in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
4. What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form. You give us permission to read it, store it and reply to it, which is what has to happen for a contact form to work at all.
Please do not send confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you would mind us reading. If you send us an idea, a feature request or feedback, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. We are not in a position to accept unsolicited proposals in confidence, and this clause exists so nobody is surprised by that later.
5. Our content and our marks
The text, design, code and layout of this site belong to Spacerr LLC, as do the names Spacerr LLC, SpacerrX and SpacerrHunt and the marks that go with them.
You do not need permission to link to us or to quote a reasonable extract with credit. You do need it to copy the site wholesale, to use our marks on your own product or marketing, or to imply an association that does not exist.
6. Links to other sites
This site links out, including to our own products and to our profile on X. We do not control anything on the other end of an outbound link, and following one puts you under that site's terms and privacy policy rather than ours.
7. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this site up, correct and current, and we cannot promise it always is. Pages may be changed, moved or taken down without notice, and information here about a product describes it as it is today rather than as it will always be.
The site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacerr LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. There is no mailing list to notify, because this site has no accounts and collects no addresses for that purpose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which these Terms do not take away.
